Services
JML Tech Studios provides creative services including video production, photography, website design, AI systems, brand launches, and event coverage. All service engagements are subject to a separate project agreement or statement of work that governs scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment. These Terms of Service govern the general use of this website and any digital product purchases.
Digital Products & Store
All digital products (plugins, templates, asset packs, guides) sold through our store are delivered electronically. By purchasing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product. Refunds are not available for digital products once delivered, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, code, videos, and imagery — is owned by JML Tech Studios or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. For custom client work, ownership of final deliverables is transferred upon receipt of full payment as specified in the project agreement.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. For service engagements, payment terms are outlined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend access to any purchased products.
Limitation of Liability
JML Tech Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or products to: violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe the intellectual property rights of others, transmit harmful or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our products to create content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
